The Open Healthcare Group is an organization devoted to the promotion and distribution of an open source health record, XChart. Using the latest XML Internet technology, we have developed the source code for a health record that will help you automate and streamline the practice of medicine. Furthermore, since XChart uses an open source code, you will be able to develop and customize your own templates. If you think XChart is missing a feature that could help your practice, you are free to make the improvements. In addition, as a member of an open source community, you will be able to share your new feature and, in turn, benefit from the experience and work of others.
