FEMA commissioned OZ to develop the aboveground, monolithic, concrete Tornado Shelter, because "storm shelters" failed then & are still failing!... Exceeds FEMA 320, 361, ICC 500 & the only safe room to conform with FEMA's National Performance Criteria... The only Tornado Saferoom to pass the Rochester Institute of Technologies (RIT) finite analysis test for tornado saferooms.
