Lloyd E. Brotman

Lloyd E. Brotman, Ph.D., is a founding principal of Periscope. During his thirty years as a behavioral scientist, Lloyd's work shifted from clinical intervention to its present emphasis on executive and organizational development. His approach with executives and organizations evolved from the solution-focused, cognitive behavioral clinical strategies he employed. He now specializes in psychological consultation and intervention for the people related issues impacting business success. Lloyd's organizational work has included change management and employee recommitment during business reorganization, team building, conflict resolution, employee selection and retention, and succession planning. He has facilitated numerous crisis management and critical event projects for corporate clients. Executive coaching with emphasis on sustained executive behavior change is his primary focus. When working in an organizational context, achievement of clearly-stated, targeted and sustainable goals through individual and team development is the goal. Lloyd has worked with a variety of organizations from small, family-owned businesses to global organizations (see client list). After receiving his B.A. degree from Boston University in 1971, Lloyd received a M.A. degree in 1972 and a Ph.D. in 1977 from Temple University. He is licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and holds membership in various professional organizations including the American Psychological Association. He is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to use Benchmarks assessments. Lloyd participated as a panel member for the American Arbitration Association and the New York Stock Exchange.

William P. Liberi

William P. Liberi, Ph. D. is a founding principal of PERISCOPE, and has over thirty years of experience in behavioral intervention with a special interest in executive development and retention. Dr. Liberi (Bill) works primarily in the areas of executive coaching, senior team development, culture change initiatives, and development planning for managers and executives. He specializes in helping individuals and teams improve interpersonal communication and influence.
