Pilates Central is a family-operated pilates studio in Nyack, NY. Owned by instructor and professional baseball player Scott Cantor and operated in conjunction with Momentum Physical Therapy owner Nicola Weiner, Pilates Central offers private sessions and group classes for clients of all ages, abilities and needs... At Pilates Central we can help you achieve your fitness goals and receive many of the amazing health benefits of the Pilates method.
