Pro Dough began operating in 1988, at a time when most pizza restaurant owners were mixing dough in house. The job of making pizza dough frequently falls to untrained help, often resulting in inconsistently made dough with a very short shelf life. Growing up in a family restaurant business, I experienced the long difficult hours dedicated to to daily preparation routines. This experience inspired my ProDough vision. ProDough Company was created to provide preparation solutions to pizza making establishments to free up valuable space, time, and money previously dedicated to making dough.
