Andrew has more than 30 years' experience in financial services, having held senior roles at Nab, ANZ, Westpac and Cbus. Andrew holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, is CPA qualified and is a Fellow of FINSIA. Andrew was appointed as Group Executive - Marketing & Growth in September 2019.

Jarrod has more than 20 years' experience in financial services, having held senior roles at ANZ, Nab, Westpac and Cbus. He also has a strong strategy background having been a principal at the Boston Consulting Group and has been tasked with leading the fund through its next important growth phase. Jarrod holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified company director. Jarrod was appointed as the Chief Executive in July 2019.

Kimbra was appointed Group Executive - Member Services in September 2019.
