Mr. Mohamed Khaleel is a Managing Director of the Reollo Group of companies and brings over three decades of experience across numerous leadership roles in a variety of business operations. He has worked extensively in the area of hospitality and tourism operations, fulfilling leadership roles in some of the largest tourism associations and destination management companies in the country. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Manta Aviation and a Director of Pulse Hotels & Resorts.
Mr. Khaleel has served as the President of the Maldives Association of Travel Agents & Tour Operators (MATATO), a key stakeholder in the Maldivian tourism industry, representing over 70 travel agents and tour operators in the country.
Mr. Mohamed Khaleel was appointed to the post of Chairman of the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), the country's official destination marketing company in 2013. Since his appointment he has been working tirelessly to take the Maldivian tourism industry to the next level.
Mr. Khaleel holds Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from London City College in the UK, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from National First Grade College in Bangalore and MBA from Cumbria University in United Kingdom.

Mr. Sanjay Maniku holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from INSEAD, France. He has experience in diverse industries including electronics design, the FMCG beverage industry and in the development of tourist resorts in the Maldives and the Seychelles.
He has ample international experience, having previously worked in the UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Seychelles and the Maldives.

Mr. Umar Maniku holds a Masters of Business Management from Curtin University, Australia and has extensive experience in the management and construction of resorts in the Maldives. He is an Executive Director of Universal Enterprises, Managing Director of Universal Resorts Management, the Managing Director of Coral Edge Pvt. Ltd. and the Managing Director Hospitality Supplies Pvt. Ltd.
