TOM - Key Persons
Tom grew up in Center Point, where his parents still live today. He graduated from CPU in 1996. He went on to the University of Northern Iowa where he graduated with a degree in Marketing and Economics. He joined the Strellner Agency directly out of college and has been helping clients make informed decisions about their money since 2000.
Tom holds life and health insurance licenses along with FINRA 6, 63, 65, 7 registrations and is an Investment Advisor Representative. He continues to improve his knowledge and understanding in his field. He has attained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. Both of these designations carry a high ethical standard that Tom strongly believes in. With these designations, Tom is required to biannually record 30 hours of continuing education which is extremely important in these ever changing times.
Tom and his wife Mindy currently reside outside of Vinton with their five children, Tiara, Kalinda, Sadie, Elizabeth and Bennett. In his spare time, Tom enjoys going to the kid's activities, spending time with family and friends, being outside playing a sport, or following one of his favorite teams.
Tom is a member if the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) along with the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
