Rikki holds a PhD in Finance from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a Master degree in Control Engineering and Operation Research from Cambridge University. He has over 20 years of senior and general management experience in the IT industry with Alphasem Ag, Tec-sem Group, QC Solutions, and Kras Asia in the Asian Pacific area. He is also involved in lecturing at university.
Thomas graduated from the Law School of Peking University, Schulich School of Business at York University of Canada, and received a PhD in Economics (Finance) from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Thomas has a wide experience in international business development and investment with Jardine Matheson and HSBC Securities (Canada).
George So - Managing Director
George was with Wells Fargo, Lloyds, Standard Chartered, and China Development Bank in commercial banking, loan syndication, project finance, direct investment and mergers and acquisitions. Before founding Trinergy Finance in 2007, Trinergy M&A in 2010, and Trinergy M&A (Shanghai) in 2017, George was with China Development Bank, managing a USD 1.5 billion direct investment portfolio, and served on the boards of Japan's Century Security, Indonesia's Ciptadana Security, Thailand's Bangkok First Investment Trust, and CDIB Asset Management Companies at Hong Kong, Korea and USA. George graduated from Cornell University with an MBA from New York University.
Janet So - Managing Director
Janet has a BS in journalism from Chengchi University, a MS degree in computer science from CSU and an EMBA from National Taiwan University. Janet started her careers as system analysts for IBM; marketing manager for TransAsia Airways; senior consultants for BlueFocus, and consulting director for McGraw Hill's Beijing MRO Expo. Janet is experienced and well-connected in logistics, renewable energy and environmental sectors.
Ruohan majors in economics, received his Bachelor degree from Nankai University and Master degree from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining Trinergy, he worked at a CPA firm in Southern California, leading its business valuation department, and involves in its individual and business tax practices. Rouhan passed all three levels of the CFA exam.
