Carlos is a great professional and specialist in different areas of law, especially trade and above all, insolvency law, he dealt with numerous receiverships at the same time being named Bankruptcy Administrator by the Commercial Court. Sara has been Deputy Magistrate in the Criminal Sections of the Provincial Hearings of Tarragona and Lérida, as well as Deputy Prosecutor of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Tarragona for more than fourteen years. She is also qualified as a master in criminal law and criminal sciences, an expert in criminal procedure, a specialist for legal intervention in the jurisdiction of minors and a diploma in auditing, prevention and repression of money laundering. She specialises in criminal compliance for companies and in criminal defence in corruption and economic crimes.
