David Novák graduated in computer science at the Brno University of Technology. He joined VARS BRNO in 1997. Under his leadership, a specialised development team was created, which participated in the company's key projects.

Ondřej Pokorný has been intensively involved in information technology since his studies at the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the Brno University of Technology. He joined VARS in 1999 as a sales manager and later began to specialise in telematics. Since 2013, he has been the head of the ITS division, and now he is the director of the entire sales team.
