Mike Graglia

Mike Graglia, eRYT-200 was certified by Sri Dharma Mittra to teach Yoga in 2006. Since then he has completed trainings in Rocket Yoga & Thai Massage, as well as TTs in Acro Yoga & Mindful Self-Compassion. He has taught at conferences and studios in DC, Europe & Asia; he has written for Elephant Journal and been profiled in YJ & WaPo. Mike's son has a rare genetic disease and when he is not doing Yoga he leads the SynGAP Research Fund, a foundation focused on developing therapies for SYNGAP1 patients. Mike's challenging classes help students deepen their practice. Mike offers numerous variations on the core sequence taught by Sri Dharma. Students of all levels will have the chance to explore their practice and connect to their body. Mike offers a guided body scan at the end of each class that is not to be missed. Unfortunately Mike is chronic about running over, despite interventions from studio owners since 2007, you should expect him to run over by 5-10 minutes.
