Dylan is a student at Purdue University, studying Computer Science and Fine Arts. He officially joined 3r Interactive as an employee in 2019. While his focus is primarily on programming, Dylan also is building experience with drawing and animating for 2d games.
Jay Johns has been in the video game industry since 2007. While earning a Bachelors degree in Video Game Design, he started working as a quality assurance tester at D3 Publisher of America, Inc. Prior to running his own company, Jay has worked as a quality assurance tester, project manager, and taught game design at a college level.
Jay founded 3r Interactive, LLC after receiving his Bachelor's degree and relocated to Fort Wayne, IN. With the lack of game design studios in Fort Wayne, it was the perfect opportunity to start a company. Since forming 3r Interactive, LLC Jay has earned a Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, has been published by Springer, and regularly speaks at high schools and colleges with the hopes of inspiring other independent game developers, particularly in the Fort Wayne area.
