Metro Communications Agency is an independent agency that serves as the Consolidated Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for Minnehaha County and the City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are extremely proud of our staff of 911 Communications Operators, Advanced Communications Operators, Shift Supervisors and administrative support team. They are highly trained, professional individuals who, as a cohesive team, give their all 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and strive to provide the best service possible to the public and first responders we serve...
