A&R MARKETING - Key Persons

As a manufacturing rep, Arlon has worked with west coast agriculture and industrial markets for over 25 years. He currently represents numerous companies in the US and Canada. A graduate of Western Illinois University, Arlon studied animal science and agricultural economics. In his 31 years as a professional, he has worked for International Harvester, Walterscheid, Nixdorff, and Beall Manufacturing. He was the Director of Marketing at Beall through the early 90s before moving to Phoenix, Arizona to start up A&R Marketing.

Mary Ellen Rahn DeMeo graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. Degree in Public Administration. Prior to joining A&R Marketing, Mary Ellen spent over 12 years at The Vanguard Group. As a Project Administrator within the Institutional Department, Mary Ellen lead hundreds of complex 401k enhancements through her project management expertise and client service focus. As Arlon's daughter, Mary Ellen has been a small part of A&R Marketing for the past 20 years, serving as an informal technical consultant. As of February 2018, Mary Ellen joined A&R Marketing full time and is excited to partner with Arlon, creating a smooth succession plan and positive results for years to come.
