Ann Korzeniecka

Ann is a legal practitioner with over 15 years' experience in family law. She currently undertakes significant work as an Independent Children's Lawyer in proceedings before the Family Court of Western Australia. Understanding the challenges when assisting those experiencing loss, the pain of separation from family and attempting reconnection, Ann's legal knowledge provides valuable insight.

Barbara Elliott

Barbara joined the Management Committee in 2020 and brings a lifetime of experience working with adolescents in schools. This, coupled with her skills in strategic planning and analytical thinking, ensures she is well placed to contribute to finding clever solutions.

Cassandra has 16 years' experience in leadership roles in not-for-profit organisations, working with diverse communities to deliver education and community engagement programs. She brings skills in governance, strategic planning, funds development and change management. With lived experience of adoption, and as a former client, she has a deep understanding and commitment to the arcs values.
