As the company grew and with burgeoning demand, A&A took the next step towards providing more for their clients - it was then that A&A built its own factory. By 1987, A&A began operations in their first factory in Hong Kong. Having their own factory made it easier for A&A to adhere to high standards of quality garments, as they were able to personally hire highly-skilled seamstresses and knitters... Established in 1977 by Andy Wong and Amy Pang, A&A began as a small trading company in Hong Kong. In its first few years of operations, A&A focused their efforts in supplying the requirements of larger fashion and clothing department chains - clients sent their designs to A&A who would send these designs to a factory to generate the samples, and A&A would then export the garments back to their respected countries... A&A's clients span the global market for luxury knitwear, with brands sourced directly from the UK, New Zealand, Germany, Sweden and Scandinavia purposefully seeking out A&A..
