Our mission at Benefis Foundation is to improve and enhance healthcare services for people throughout northcentral Montana. We exist to ensure that your generosity transforms the lives of our patients and their families. To that end, 100 percent of the money we raise goes directly toward the projects and programs that implement change to improve healthcare... Benefis was founded in 1996 when two hospitals combined to form a not-for-profit health system with the goal of providing excellent care to all in need. Today, our system includes 220 inpatient hospital beds in Great Falls; numerous outpatient clinics; almost 350 employed providers; more than 200 long-term care and assisted living units; two of Montana's essential rural critical access hospitals; and many other services that improve the health of our community... Benefis Health System providers offer expertise in more than 40 specialties across central Montana, including Great Falls, Helena, Fort Benton, and Choteau.
