Leslie Neace, CPA, is the Client Service Manager at our Fort Mitchell office. Leslie began her accounting career with a Northern Kentucky firm in 1987 serving a variety of businesses, not-for-profit groups and individuals. Before joining Bottom Line Services she served as Controller for a group of family owned businesses that included retail sales, construction, residential land development, and commercial and residential rental properties. Prior to earning her accounting degree, Leslie worked with an international retail company, working her way up from Management Trainee to Assistant to Operations and Personnel in a specialty division of the company. Leslie is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with Bachelor's degree in both Accounting and Management.

Jennifer Hern

Jennifer Hern is an Enrolled Agent and Corporate Manager at Bottom Line Services and handles special projects. She is currently responsible for the affiliated office in Aurora, Indiana and our Payroll Bureau which administers full service payroll processing and reporting, as well as tax preparation. She has handled various special projects including software implementations, accounting, marketing and human resource projects. Prior to joining Bottom Line Services in 2011, Jennifer primarily worked in accounting positions within mid-size manufacturing firms in the Atlanta area. Her accounting experience ranges from cost accounting to accounting manager. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of West Georgia and is actively involved in local civic and charitable organizations.

John A. Reed, CPA is founder and President of Bottom Line Services, a division of RBF Services, Inc. Before founding Bottom Line Services, John served in the private business sector as CFO for a multinational company. Prior to his association in the private sector, John was a partner in an international accounting and consulting firm. John`s responsibilities included both accounting and advisory services to a variety of industries. His clients ranged in size from the small privately owned emerging company to the multinational Fortune 500. John`s experiences prior to Bottom Line Services included many types of advisory services that assisted businesses and individuals in wealth creation and preservation. John is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has been involved for many years in business, civic and charitable organizations.

Todd Reed

Todd Reed, Registered Rep and Vice President, is responsible for overall financial services delivery at Bottom Line Services. He leads his team in serving clients by taking a comprehensive approach that recognizes minimizing taxes has a substantial impact on helping clients reach their goals. In addition, educating clients is central to his team's service delivery and helps instill confidence in the decisions his clients make. Prior to joining Bottom Line Services in 1999, Todd worked at an international accounting and consulting firm serving clients primarily in the manufacturing and financial services industries. Since joining Bottom Line Services, Todd has developed nationally recognized knowledge in financial services. He served as chairman for the Christian Church Foundation which manages over $900 million for stakeholders and helps them reach their goals by moving resources to desired missions. Additionally, Todd served the national CFP Board (serving Certified Financial Planner professionals) through an ad hoc committee reviewing material for the CFP exam as well as assisting in developing professional standards for CFP® practitioners. Todd is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is active in many professional and charitable organizations.
