CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTION SERVICES - Key Persons

Certified Home Inspection Services is a locally owned and operated business serving the Greater Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Tom Grove is the owner and inspector and is committed to providing an honest and unbiased report of your home. The Business was started in 2006. Mr. Grove attended an ASHI approved Enhanced Home Inspection Course in Manassas, VA and then completed the required 100 home inspections with an accredited inspector before starting the business. As a member of ASHI, Tom also passed the National Home Inspectors Examination -on the first attempt- and has fulfilled the annual continuing education requirements of the Association. Other successful examinations include the National Radon Safety Board examination and the Enhanced Home Inspection Course final exam. These were both completed on the first attempt as well.
