Child Focus incorporated in 1977 under the direction of Jim Carter, Founder and CEO, and a dynamic volunteer Board of Directors who aggressively sought quality services for the children and families of Clermont County. Child Focus was awarded Federal Head Start preschool funding and expanded our children's mental health services in 1982...
