CHESTER DESIGN - Key Persons
Founder and principal, Frances Chester, has over 25 years of experience as a landscape architect. She is a licensed landscape architect in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. In 2012 she obtained a Certificate in Healthcare Garden Design from the Chicago Botanical Garden. Her work experience includes large commercial and institutional projects, as well as private residences. Since 1991 her work has focused exclusively on residential projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
