Andrew Dixon

Graduated from FSU in 2001, he is a licensed Realtor and has trained as an appraiser, both aid in his ability to understand and argue tax appeal cases. In addition to managing the company, brokering property and presenting appeal cases, Andrew is also a member of the Coral Gables Rotary and Board Member of the Commercial Industrial Association.

Roger Lopez

Roger joined us in 2009, after graduating with a Master's in Anthropology from Kent State. He is fluent in English, Spanish and of course Miami Spanglish. Roger represents our clients for both real estate transactions as a licensed Realtor, and as a tax appeal agent. In addition, he is our customer service department, helping sign new clients and keeping in touch with owners during the appeal process.

Tom Dixon

A resident of Miami for over 40 years, he moved to Miami after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction and a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He was an active appraiser for over 15 years and held the designation of MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) with his own commercial appraisal firm, Dixon and Friedman. Looking to simplify his life, he left the appraisal business in favor of a combination of brokerage and tax assessment appeals and started Dixon Commercial Real Estate formerly-know-as Thomas J. Dixon Inc. in 1997. Tom was recognized in the 2008 edition of Miami Today's Best of Miami as an outstanding role model, as the "IADC" Industrial Association of Dade County "2001 Broker of the Year" and Finalist for the Ernest and Young "Best Real Estate Deal of the Year." Tom was also the 2004 Chairman of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, a former president of the Miami Society of Commercial Realtors. Currently, he is a member of the Coral Gables Rotary, Director Emeritus of the CIASF, and serves on the Miami-Dade County School Site Selection Committee.
