The Federation of Earlswood is dedicated to providing a safe setting for our children and staff. We promote an environment where everybody feels confident in sharing any worries or concerns they may have for themselves or others. We expect all members of our school community to share this commitment... We aim for Governors to be in school regularly throughout the year or meet virtually when that is appropriate, to understand the impact of any new initiatives, to hear from the children and the staff about their work and any concerns they may have. The work of the school and its impact on the children really comes to life when we spend a day a year in school as a whole governing body. On this day we see classes in action and meet with key individuals involved in delivering the SDP.
