ETG COMMUNICATIONS - Key Persons
ETG was founded by Ron Bielanin after a 30 year career at General Telephone & Electronics (GTE), now known as Verizon. Ron worked his way up at GTE from a pole climber to oversee Erie's largest private communication systems including: General Electric, American Sterilizer, International Paper (formerly Hammermill), Kaiser Aluminum, and Zurn Industries. Ron's experience and relationships served him well when he founded ETG Communications in 1993.

Scott joined ETG in 1996 at the ground level and has steadily learned the business including technologies, customer service, sales, proposals, field engineering, partnerships, and more.
As telecommunication technologies are rapidly changing, Scott stays up-to-date with cloud-based solutions, telephony, and data solutions, as well as security camera systems and more.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hunting, and fishing. Ask Scott to tell you about his latest fishing or hunting escapade.
