FARNE ISLANDS

The Farne Islands lie one to four and a half miles off the beautiful coastline of North Northumberland... The islands are home to many different types of seabirds including guillemots, kittiwakes, shags, puffins and four different types of tern to name but a few. The islands also have one of the largest colonies of Atlantic Grey Seals in Northern Europe.
