Pain is designed to get your attention in order to change your behaviour. Your pain is real and my skill is in unravelling its complexity, understanding your circumstances and enabling you to put strategies in place to be able to prevent, manage, reduce or stop your pain... I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience and registered with the Health Professional Council (HPC), the Physiotherapy Pain Association (PPA) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE). Prior to obtaining my physiotherapy degree at the University of Hertfordshire I qualified with a psychology degree at Sussex University and worked in rehabilitation. I have post graduate training in cognitive behavioural therapy and attained a post graduate diploma in non-medical prescribing from Cardiff University.
