GOTIMETRAINING

At GoTimeTraining, we use functional movement screenings and body composition analysis to assess and track each client's progress. This helps us design personalized training sessions tailored to your goals... I then went back to school, got my ACE certification, and became a private contractor at the Wichita Country Club. In 2016, GoTimeTraining offered me a job, which I was hesitant about at first. However, I wanted to own a training facility someday, so I accepted the opportunity to learn from the best training program in town. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made... Because of this, after getting my degree in 2023 I got my personal training certification through NASM and started training here at GoTimeTraining to help more people in Wichita develop healthy habits and reach their goals.
