Abdulla Hameed became a shareholder of HAZA Construction in the year 2013.
Hameed's business operations go beyond the Maldives. In Sri Lanka, he is the Chairman of inbound travel agencies Asian Wing Holdings and Asian Wings, and catering industry operation Direct Room Service. He is also the Chairman of Well Red Ink, a company based in Sri Lanka which publishes popular lifestyle magazine "ADOH", wedding realtor magazine "CONFETTI" and real estate magazine "HOMES & PROPERTY SRI LANKA". Hameed has been doing business in Sri Lanka for over 15 years.
Hameed is the Chairman of Diethelm Travel Maldives Pvt. Ltd, which is a Cyprea Group Co. involved in outbound and inbound travel services (a DMC) with its operations including agencies for large tour operators such as REWA Group of Germany. Hameed is presently the Executive Director of Cyprea.
Hameed was a member of Maldives Tourism Promotion Advisory Council and the National Civil Aviation Safety Committee, until he resigned in November 2008. Hameed was a Board Member of the Maldives Association of Tourism Industry (MATI) and the Foreign Investment Services Bureau (FISB). From July 2007 to August 2009, Hameed served as Chairman of the Bank of Maldives PLC.

Ahmed Ali holds share of HAZA Construction through FALIM Group Private Limited.
With an MSc in Geographical Information Systems, a BSc in Information Science from the UK and various other trainings under his belt, Ahmed Ali is specialized in the areas of information science, information technology, system analysis and design, computer networking, programming geographical information systems and business development and management.
Ahmed Ali gained extensive knowledge and experienced by serving in the Government from 1992 to 2002 in the Environment Sector. During his career in Government, Ahmed Ali managed a number of projects, undertook research and published significant papers which contributed indirectly to the efforts to protect and preserve the fragile environment of the Maldives. Ahmed Ali has also gained extensive experience in consultancy in the business management, education and tourism sectors.
As the Managing Director of FALIM Group and its four associated companies, Ahmed Ali has gained invaluable experience in the fields of business management, education, tourism, consultancy and real-estate management. Ahmed Ali is also Rector of MAPS College, which is at present the only private College offering world class Australian MBA programmes in the Maldives.

Mohamed Ali holds share of HAZA Construction through FALIM Group Private Limited.
Mohamed Ali worked with several companies in the Maldives in the capacity of Financial Analyst/Consultant after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the International Islamic University, Malaysia, in 1995. The same year he completed a post graduate Diploma in Advance Financial Management from Madras, India. During the year 2000 he has also completed the Certified Accounting Technicians (CAT) qualification from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants - ACCA - UK.
Mohamed Ali started his carrier as a Commerce Teacher at Aminiyya School in 1995. He has lectured at Faculty of Management and Computing and was instrumental in bringing and introducing world renowned Financial Management courses like CIMA-UK & AAT-UK into Maldives at this Faculty. The same year, he started Insight Consultancy Services, today known as ICS Maldives Private, which was his first investment. During the past 18 years, he has successfully created an Investment and Management Company called FALIM Group Private Limited which is the Managing Company of ICS Maldives Private Limited, MAPS Maldives Private Limited, Moodhu Holidays Maldives Private Limited & Haza Construction Private Limited.
