Joe is Founder and President of J. Marshall Associates.
With experience dating back to 1975, Joe joined a local insurance firm after several years with a commercial bank in New Bedford as a commercial loan officer. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and is a former president of the Bristol Community College Foundation Board and is currently chairman on its Board of Trustees.
Joe is registered with Cetera Advisors, LLC. He is a Financial Advisor with Cetera Advisors, LLC and continues to work with financial planning and estate planning clientele.
A Vietnam veteran, Joe served with the U.S. Air Force Security Service. He is very active in the community, having served as past President / Chairman of the Fall River Office of Economic Development, SER-Jobs for Progress, the Fall River Board of Assessors, and founder of the Prince Henry Society of Fall River. Joe is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Top of the Table, a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and Bristol Community College's 2007 Cornerstone Entrepreneur Recipient.
He resides in Fall River with his wife, Joanne, and has four daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Tracy joined the team at J. Marshall Associates in 1993. She was previously employed at Travelers Insurance Company for several years.
She received her Bachelor's Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where she majored in Accounting. She also holds an Associates Degree, Highest Honors, from Bristol Community College where she studied Legal Secretarial Science. She is a member of the International Honor Society in Business Administration, Delta Mu Delta.
Tracy holds Series 7, Series 24 and Series 66 securities registrations and is registered with Cetera Advisors, LLC, Member FINRA / SIPC. She holds her Producer's license for Life, Accident and Health through the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Divisions of Insurance.
She is a Somerset native and alumna of Somerset High School. When not at the office servicing her clients, she's at the gym, skiing or at the beach. She is an animal lover and especially adores English Bulldogs. Tracy resides in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, with her husband, Dave, and sons, Brody and Brendan.
