Bill Arsenault - President

An aviation industry veteran, Bill, founded Mid-Canada Mod Center in 1996, after recognizing an opportunity to provide a growing Canadian market with a new business model-to build a Canadian avionics installation and modification shop to serve aircraft owners and operators who to that point had often needed to travel to the U.S. for specialized avionics service. Well-recognized and respected in the industry for his intuitive avionics expertise and insight, under Bill's leadership, the MC2 Team has grown to more than 50 industry experts at two locations.

Kevin Birch

An avionics professional since 1987, Kevin Birch is an industry veteran and has witnessed significant change in avionics technology and certification. Joining Kitchener Aero in 1992, Kevin advanced through a variety of roles focused on Quality Management, SMS (Safety Management Systems) Coordinator, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, and General Manager. His extensive experience is invaluable in Kevin's current role as Vice-President, Quality & Safety, Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM), and core member of the MC2 leadership team.

Mark Fardy - CEO

Mark Fardy, joined MC2 as CEO in 2015 and took on the financial and business planning responsibilities for the firm. With extensive experience managing the finances and operations of complex organizations, Mark is a respected, accredited financial, accounting and business professional. With many years of business expertise across a range of industry sectors, he enjoys the high-performance entrepreneurial spirit and performance of MC2, while overseeing the company's financial, administrative and human resource needs. Having consolidated MC2's reporting and management systems, the company is now well-positioned to service its growing customer requirements.

Mike Wiedemann

Mike Wiedemann is a recognized, accredited avionics professional. Entering the industry after graduating from Canadore College in 1987, after gaining experience on various aircraft types from private Part 23 to airline size aircraft, Mike joined MC2 in 1996. Over his 20 plus years with the firm, Mike progressed through numerous roles and hands-on work to his present position of Vice-President - Production. As a part of the MC2 leadership team, Mike quarterbacks MC2's installation and service teams, overseeing production at both MC2 facilities as well as projects completed offsite at customer facilities from coast to coast.
