The ISIA plays the leading role in developing and promoting the very highest professional standards when dealing with confidential information. It's Data Destruction Division consists of companies that securely destroy a range of confidential information, including paper, DVDs and computer hard-drives. As Chairman of the ISIA John has adopted admission standards for the organisation to include the shredding security standard en15713 and the organisations own Qualsec customer care standards. These standards provide for a range of security features including shred sizes, CCTV systems and the security vetting of staff and is set to become the by-word for quality in the secure destruction industry.
Having worked in the secure destruction industry for past 12 years, John brings a wealth of experience to his position within the ISIA. As part of his role, John will be seeking to constantly improve standards in the secure destruction market and promote the EN 15713 standard, both within the industry and to customers.
