DAVID HEMSLEY is a graduate Chemist and Chemical Engineer. He founded MARQUIS after a career taking in nuclear energy, fertilizer manufacturing technology, process plant contracting and surface finishing.
DAVID HEMSLEY is an Advisor/Counsellor on the ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY BEST PRACTICE PROGRAMME HELPLINE and has assisted the ETBPP in presenting water conservation papers at its 'Road Shows'. He was also responsible for the FROST ELECTROPLATING conservation project which became Case Study GC22 - published in March 1996 and available free of charge from ETBPP - Helpline 0800 585794
