Christine E. Downs, M.Ed., became the Director of PBIS for May Institute in 2014. She has provided PBIS training and technical assistance to school districts, alternative programs, and adult service agencies in Massachusetts and New York State since 2003. Ms. Downs regularly presents at national, regional, and local conferences on topics of PBIS and creating supportive learning, working, and residential environments for all ages and abilities. Christine is a certified School-Wide Information System (SWIS, CICO-SWIS, and I-SWIS) facilitator and supports the UCONN/MA-DESE PBIS Academy. Christine was honored in 2009 for her work in PBIS by the New York State Board of Regents. Michelle Pratt, M.Ed., has dedicated her professional life to working with individuals with autism and other disabilities since 1991. During her 25 years at May Institute, Ms. Pratt has been providing school and home-based consultative services to children and young adults with developmental disabilities, school teams, and families. She has presented at local and regional conferences supporting families, educational teams, and community agencies on numerous topics, including PBIS. Michelle is a Safety Care Trainer, a PBIS facilitator through May Institute, and a certified School-Wide Information System (SWIS) facilitator.

Robert F. Putnam, Ph.D., BCBA-D, is Executive Vice President of Positive Behaviorial Interventions and Supports and Consultation at May Institute. Dr. Putnam is national implementation partner with the National Technical Assistance Center for PBIS. He also serves as Senior Vice President of Research and Consultation at the National Autism Center. He has published extensively and regularly presents at national, regional, and local conferences on these topics. He previously served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. He has also been a national facilitator of schools implementing SW-PBIS, particularly in the areas of alternative programs and the integration of SW-PBIS and mental health.

Tobey Duble, MA, BCBA, LABA, is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA) and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has been working with individuals with autism between the ages of 2-21 for over 11 years. Ms. Duble works with various Massachusetts school districts providing ABA supports and training, including Boston Public Schools, and is responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates. She also conducts functional assessments, developing behavior support plans, IEP goals, and programming, and providing individual or class/school-wide consultation to teachers and families. Tobey is a member of May Institute's PBIS Team supporting districts with implementation of School-wide Positive Behaviorial Intervention and Supports and is a certified School-Wide Information System (SWIS) facilitator.
