NeuroTech Consulting is incorporated with a one-point agenda - assist organizations that develop software to improve the overall quality of software produced. We do this by focussing on factors that affect the quality of developed software as well as risks to successful project completion. Factors that we focus on are testability of requirements, stating the obvious, resource competency and productivity, knowledge flow within the team, following the software development process in spirit rather than letter and obtaining factual data to make GO/No-GO decision... We believe that 80% of the bugs are introduced at the time of development due to in requirement being incompletely documented, inadequate competency of resources, inadequate reviews etc. NeuroTech Consulting has developed a process whereby the deficiencies in the system get detected earlier resulting reduced defects in production.
