National trade Academy is a Category 1 provider (highest level) for NZQA (New Zealand Qualifications Authority)... NTA provides educational courses for domestic and international students in a wide range of fields, including Agriculture, Horticulture, Equine Studies, Animal Care, Apiculture, English Language, Commercial Pilot Licence, Welding, and more... Our Training Centre offers purpose-built specialist facilities to ensure you receive quality, professional training. Being located just ten minutes from Christchurch city allows our students access to practical training on the land, with the option of living in a metropolitan area. Based in Mcleans Island in the Waimakariri River Regional Park, the National Trade Academy has 100 hectares of facilities to explore.
