Ardy is a 20-plus year Fire and Security industry veteran. His industry experience includes roles in executive leadership positions, such as CEO of API Security, Managing Director of Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions for Europe and the Middle East, Senior VP for ADT West, and VP Security for Red Hawk Fire and Security. He has a proven track record of managing high performing operations in the commercial Fire & security and system integration industry with focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. In addition, Ardy brings a wide breadth of experience with other Fortune 500 companies, where he held positions as Director of Acquisition and Manager of Corporate Planning for operating divisions of PepsiCo and W.R. Grace. At NNSI, Ardy is responsible for the overall financial performance of the company and is focused on growth strategies and acquisitions.

For more than 30 years, Mark has worked in service businesses, holding corporate leadership and management positions including Senior VP of Sales and Senior VP Field Services at ADT Security Services. His more recent experience includes high level VP responsibility for sales and non-core businesses for Red Hawk Fire & Security which included the National Network Services Inc (NNSI) business. Mark led improvement efforts for NNSI before acquiring the business from Red Hawk along with partner Ardy Azhir. In his role at NNSI, Mark is responsible for day to day operations and is focused on operational excellence and strategic account creation.
