Catherine Côté joined onsemi in March 2021 and currently serves as vice president, chief of staff and head of the office of the CEO. Prior to joining onsemi, Côté held leadership roles at Cypress Semiconductor, in marketing, sales and as chief of staff to the CEO. She is a well-respected and passionate leader who drives cross-functional efforts, most notably through Infineon's acquisition of Cypress in April 2020. Côté then became the head of engagement marketing where she was responsible for digital marketing, channel marketing and demand generation. Côté began her career at Future Electronics, where she held various roles in product marketing and asset management.
Côté earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from McGill University in Montreal, QC and a Mini-MBA certificate from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business in Santa Clara, CA.

Dinesh Ramanathan joined onsemi in May 2023 and currently serves as vice president for corporate strategy, responsible for driving our strategy development and annual strategic planning initiatives.
He has been in the hardware industry for 25 years, designing semiconductor devices software and systems. He is experienced in transforming commodity device businesses to proprietary, software defined device businesses with higher gross margins and larger addressable markets.
Before joining onsemi, Dinesh focused on vertical gallium nitride (GaN) technology and products; co-founding NexGen Power Systems in 2017. He successfully secured over $100M in funding for a state-of-the-art GaN manufacturing facility where NexGen created the first manufacturable, cost competitive vertical GaN transistors, enabling the business to address a $6B power semiconductor market. Prior to that, Dinesh was CEO and president of Avogy Inc., and was executive vice president at Cypress Semiconductors for over 9 years.
Dinesh holds a Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Mathematics from BITS, Pilani, India.

Steven Gray joined onsemi in December 2021 as senior vice president of new product development and is responsible for developing strategic new products and cutting-edge technology that aligns with our customers.
Dr. Gray has a proven track record through 15 years in executive roles with Silicon Valley high tech companies in telecommunications and semiconductors. Most recently, Dr. Gray served as the senior vice president of engineering at Qualcomm leading product development for the Connectivity, IoT and Automotive business units to substantial growth in revenue and profit.
Prior to Qualcomm, Dr. Gray spent 10 years with Nokia leading research and development on wireless communications, including initial work on 3GPP LTE for 800+ mobile operators globally for 4G communications. He also co-invented Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), now used in every mobile phone and wireless headset.

Dr. Wei-Chung Wang has over 20-years of semiconductor industry experience and has served as executive vice president of Global Manufacturing and Operations of onsemi since January 2021. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing and Operations at Cypress Semiconductor, responsible for overseeing fab and assembly/test, foundry/subcons, supply chain and packaging development.
Dr. Wang elevated Cypress' operational excellence, managed important transfer and ramp projects, accelerated process and packaging development in addition to improvements in cost, quality and manufacturing flexibility. Prior to Cypress, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Fairchild Semiconductor, managing both internal and external manufacturing, supply chain operations, procurement, product and test engineering and packaging development. He streamlined Fairchild's manufacturing footprint, improved the flexibility of manufacturing network, and enabled silicon and packaging development of SiC, HV and BCD technologies. Before joining Fairchild, Dr. Wang held numerous executive and management roles at Maxim Integrated, TSMC and Intel. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan and a master's degree and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Purdue University.

Felicity Carson joined onsemi in August 2021 as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Felicity is a seasoned global marketing leader with extensive B2B experience spanning across middleware, applications and industrial software, and technology. Her wealth of experience comes from leading multiple marketing functions, from demand generation to brand and portfolio marketing. She is an accomplished executive with a successful track record of delivering results and effectively leading cross-functional teams across many business units.
Felicity joins onsemi from AVEVA, where she was the senior vice president of global performance marketing. Prior to AVEVA, Felicity had a two-year tenure at SAP where she was the Head of Customer Experience and Global Events and received several awards including the Marketing Excellence Award for Great Leadership. Felicity also spent over 17-years at IBM where she led several marketing functions, including as the CMO for IBM Watson Customer Engagement, a $1.4 billion business unit responsible for SaaS and on-prem customer experience applications. She was instrumental in leading IBM's marketing transformation and was recognized for her data driven insights and execution excellence, which led her to be voted as one of the top 10 most influential women in MarTech by B2B Marketing in 2016.

Hassane El-Khoury was elected as a director of onsemi and appointed as president and chief executive officer of onsemi and Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC in December 2020.
Hassane El-Khoury was elected as a director of ON Semiconductor Corporation and appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of onsemi and Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC in December 2020. Prior to joining onsemi, El-Khoury served most recently as president, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors at Cypress Semiconductor until its sale to Infineon in April 2020. He held various roles spanning business unit management, product development, applications engineering and business development during his thirteen years at Cypress.
Mr. El-Khoury began his career at Continental Automotive Systems as a senior design engineer. After immigrating to the United States from Lebanon at the age of 17, El-Khoury obtained a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological University and master's in engineering management from Oakland University. He was a 2018 recipient of Silicon Valley's 40 under 40 and is currently a member of the board of directors at Leia, Inc.

Paul Dutton was named senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary of onsemi and Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC in May 2024. Dutton is an accomplished attorney with more than 23 years of experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, structured finance, and corporate and transactional law. Since joining onsemi in May of 2022, he has been a driving force for many corporate initiatives, including public company reporting, compliance and governance. He has been integral in supporting our Board of Directors and has partnered with the executive team on numerous strategic initiatives. He continues to position our global legal team as a partner for business initiatives and key programs and leads our global regulatory and compliance efforts.
Prior to onsemi, Dutton worked for Infineon Technologies, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, United Online, MobileIron and MIPS Technologies, as well as at law firms in Silicon Valley and New York.

Simon Keeton joined onsemi in 2007 and currently serves as group president for the Power Solutions Group of onsemi and Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC. During his career, Simon has held various management positions within the Company. Before his promotion to his current role on February 26, 2024, Simon served as executive vice president and general manager for the Power Solutions Group.
Prior to his most recent role, Simon was senior vice president and general manager of the MOSFET division. From 2012 to 2016, he served as vice president and general manager of the Integrated Circuit Division under our former Standard Products Group. Prior to that time, he served as vice president and general manager of the Consumer Products Division from 2009 to 2012 and as business unit director of our Signals and Interface Business Unit from 2007 to 2009. Before joining the Company, Simon served as strategic planning manager of the Digital Enterprise Group at Intel and held various marketing and business management roles at Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation.
