Peers for Progress was founded in 2006 as a program of the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation in conjunction with the American Academy of Family Physicians. For seven years, the Foundation oversaw the growth of Peers for Progress into an international network of peer support researchers, experts, and advocates... Peers for Progress provides broad expertise, consultation, and collaboration for researchers, community organizations, provider groups, and health care systems.
