Mr. Paley has headed up technology; consumer and industrial based manufacturing businesses for over 25 years. He has devoted a significant amount of his time studying the art of customer satisfaction. He has worked with leaders from around world with institutions including Harvard University, Stanford University and London School of Business.
As an Aspen resident of 20 years, Mr. Paley's intimate knowledge of the area adds to his expertise in helping others maximize their Aspen/Snowmass experience. Mr. Paley has served as President of Aspen's Mountain Rescue (www.mountainrescueaspen.org), past Board Member of Jazz Aspen Snowmass, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
