Brian Walker, a certified public accountant (CPA), has been assisting clients with diverse tax, financial, and business consulting matters for over 20 years. He began his professional career at an international accounting firm. He also worked for two large Arizona firms before joining Price Kong.
Brian is dedicated to helping clients, small and large, achieve business success by establishing practical and sound tax and financial strategies and practices. He leads the firm's Manufacturing Services Team, which focuses on tax and related issues that specifically apply to the manufacturing industry. Brian is committed to delivering tax and financial services tailored to each manufacturing client's objectives, goals, and unique situation. In addition to manufacturing, he has extensive experience assisting businesses in numerous other industries, including technology, wholesale, retail, construction, real estate, professional services, food and beverage, and hospitality.
Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending his son's basketball games, coaching youth soccer, camping, boating, and involvement with his church.
Brian earned a Masters of Taxation from San Diego State University, and a Bachelors of Administration in Accounting from California State University San Marcos.

Ross is actively involved with organizations that support the construction industry, including the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona (AMCA), Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA), and Association of Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI). He also has strong relationships with many individuals and organizations that support contractors, such as the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) DBE/SBE and New Mexico Department of Transportation Small Business Training and Resources (STAR) programs. Ross is designated as a Construction Industry Technician (CIT) in accounting.
Ross is a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He formerly served as Treasurer for the Maricopa Rotary Club and Family Promise of Greater Phoenix, and the two-time past president of the BNI North Phoenix Business Leaders. Other interests include golf, bowling, church activities, and spending time with his wife and five children.
Ross earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Price Kong, he worked in public accounting with another Arizona firm for seven years.
Ross Dietrich is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in Arizona, Florida, and New York, with over 20 years of accounting experience. In addition to serving as Price Kong's managing partner, he leads the firm's tax department and construction practice. Ross focuses his own practice on providing attest services, which includes audits, financial statement reviews, and compilations. He is also experienced in the areas of tax and accounting. Ross's vast knowledge and experience in these areas has enabled him to serve as an expert witness on accounting matters for numerous lawsuits. His clients represent a wide range of industries, including construction, cannabis, financial, legal, governmental, closely-held businesses, and non-profit.
James Westfall earned his Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of San Diego in 1998. That same year, he joined a mid-sized accounting firm in San Diego, and subsequently went on to earn his certified public accountant (CPA) certification, issued by the State of California. During his nine-year tenure at his first firm, he worked with small to mid-sized medical and dental practices, offering industry-specific, tailored business solutions and ensuring clients complied with all tax regulations.
In 2007, James became CPA certified in the state of Arizona. He joined the Price Kong dental services team, building on his medical and dental practice experience. In 2016, James became Price Kong's tax department lead partner. He is also the current head of the firm's Dental Practice Group. He has extensive experience in business and personal taxes and, utilizing his knowledge of multi-state tax issues, assists clients throughout the United States.
James and his wife Melissa reside in North Phoenix. Together, they enjoy many outdoor activities, including hiking, boating, and camping.The couple can also be found enjoying the Arizona Cardinals and Arizona Diamondback games. They are avid dog lovers and have an Australian Shepherd named Kaiya.

Lixun "LT" Tang is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 17 years of experience in public and corporate accounting. His practice is focused on providing clients with audit, review, and consulting services. LT has in-depth knowledge and experience in corporate accounting, internal controls, and fraud detection and prevention, as well as litigation support through forensic accounting and data analysis. He serves clients in a wide range of industries, including small business, agriculture, non-profit, and financial institutions. The majority of his clients have annual revenues of $2 million to $115 million.

Troy serves as the firm's attest partner. He earned his CPA license in 2013 and has worked in public accounting since 2009. Prior to joining Price Kong in 2014, Troy worked for BDO in Anchorage, Alaska, where he ran audits of numerous closely-held business and non-profits.
As attest partner, Troy ensures all client financial reviews and audits are completed in accordance with required auditing standards and individual state compliance regulations. In addition to attest services, he consults with companies on unique GAAP rules and implementations, potential M&A transactions, IFRS reporting, due diligence requests, and operational controls.
Troy has been instrumental in developing the firm's construction and cannabis practices. He is actively involved with organizations that support the construction industry, including the American Subcontractors Association (ASA), Associated Minority Contractors of Arizona (AMCA), Arizona Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA), and the Association of Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI). Regarding the firm's cannabis practice, Troy was largely responsible for developing and implementing audit methodologies specifically tailored for the unique compliance and reporting issues cannabis businesses face. He has an intricate understanding of dispensary operations, controls, and metrics. Troy also works closely with the tax team and clients to consult on 280E allocations and methodologies.
