In senior marketing positions at Who's Calling, N2H2, Captura Software, Traveling Software, WRQ, and Accountant's Microsystems, Linda drove improvements in product life cycle management, developed successful corporate and product positioning, and launched dozens of products across a variety of sales channels. These efforts resulted in increased revenue and market share, bringing products to the top of their categories. Linda's broad experience includes managing products at every stage of the product life cycle, as well as directing marketing activities for lead generation and brand awareness. Today Linda focuses on helping software organizations improve product success using Agile and Lean methods, including the Scaled Agile Framework.
Linda is a key contributor to the local and global product management community. After 10 years as lead instructor, Linda now sits on the advisory board for the University of Washington Software Product Management Certificate Program. She co-founded the Seattle Scaled Agile Community Meetup, which merged with Beyond Agile in 2021. She is a charter member of the Product Management Community. In 2007, AIPMM presented Linda the AIPMM Excellence in Product Management Education award. Linda is a contributor to the Product Management Body of Knowledge.
