Dr. Fleisher is a double board-certified family physician specializing in classical homeopathy, nutritional and botanical medicine, chelation and bio-oxidative therapy with over twenty-five years experience practicing the gentler art and science of integrative medicine. Dr. Fleisher has served as an active member of the clinical faculty of the National Center for Homeopathy, a Clinical Instructor for the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and at the Medical College of Virginia, where he has taught homeopathy in the introductory complementary medicine programs, and has and continues to lecture throughout the U.S. and internationally on classical homeopathy and nutritional therapy to both medical professionals and the lay public. Dr. Fleisher has served on the faculty of the New England School of Homeopathy and as a Clinical Preceptor for the esteemed Hahnemann College of Homeopathy, and is a graduate of both of these homeopathic institutions. He attended Stanford University School of Medicine, during which time he began his homeopathic studies in 1975, and he is a former Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia and former Associate Medical Director of the MCV/Blackstone Family Practice Residency Training Program, of which he is a graduate. He is also a former Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine, Diplomate of the American Board of Homeotherapeutics and Diplomate Candidate of the American Board of Chelation Therapy.
He serves as a professional, integrative medicine consultant to several major health care institutions and corporations, as an organizer and participant in integrative medicine clinical research, as an editorial advisor for several published texts on homeopathy and nutritional therapy and contributes articles on homeopathic medicine, nutritional therapy, chelation therapy and integrative, complementary alternative medicine to medical journals and popular magazines. Dr. Fleisher is the author of Alternative DrMCare Natural Medical Self-Care Protocols© designed to help people help themselves with natural therapies. Dr. Fleisher is also in private practice in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Nellysford, Virginia.

The nutritional consultant for Progressive Laboratories Inc., Ron Boltas, is available during regular business hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (CST) to answer your questions concerning the Progressive Labs line of nutritional supplements, homeopathic remedies, and to assist you in designing protocols for specific patient needs. Ron believes clinical science shows that nutrition and lifestyle changes can cause the body to heal itself from both acute and chronic disorders.
With fourteen years in private practice, Ron's knowledge and experience are being put to use at Progressive Labs in both product development and to assist our health care professionals. To keep abreast of the latest developments, he continues to attend numerous seminars concerning all aspects of natural and traditional medical care.
Ron is nationally board certified as a traditional Naturopath by the American Naturopathic Certification Board. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology and worked as an engineer at NASA in Cape Canaveral, Florida, on the Skylab project. When the project was complete, he joined Abbott Labs where he worked as a team member to get Abbott Diagnostics' first computerized blood analyzer on the market with FDA approval.
In the following years Ron became a classical and contemporary homeopath, earning Diplomate and Doctorate degrees in Homeopathy from The British Institute of Homeopathy, as well as becoming a Certified Nutritional Consultant. He is a member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association as well as an advisory board member for the American Naturopathic Certification Board. One of the founding Board Members of TCAM (Texas Complimentary Alternative Medicine), which advocates health freedom for residents and doctors in Texas.
