Arch is a collaborating partner with PRP and an expert in the areas of facilities organization, project management and design integration. He is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction. Arch helps clients improve organization effectiveness and technical expertise with a view to proper prioritization of client needs. He applies more than 30 years of design, planning and management experience in nationally recognized design and facilities organizations, such as Ellerbe Becket and Yale University, to implement viable cost-effective goals in the client's business. Examples of the strategies Arch has executed include: Implementation of techniques for refined staffing projections. Development of analytical methods for projecting capital maintenance budget requirements. Creation of institutional design standards for facilities building systems. Assessment of Human Resource procedures to clarify personnel responsibilities. Development of site-specific accounting systems for responsible cost management. Facilitation of Contractor, Construction Manager and Design Professional selection Arch is Owner of No Left Turn, LLC, an innovative architect with owner and consultative experience in the execution of significant building projects. Dave Ward

Dave collaborates with building owners and operators to improve building performance and comfort while reducing operating costs through mechanical improvements, optimization of operating and maintenance procedures and operator training. Examples of Dave's professional accomplishments include: Prime consultant for DCAMM during the development and implementation of $450 million Accelerated Energy Program to reduce energy consumption in State portfolio of 6,000+ buildings. Developed over $200 million of Energy Saving Performance Contracts in federal and municipal facilities. Developed a combination of energy saving projects at 10 hospitals for Hawaii Health Systems Corporation, which won the Energy User News Best Healthcare Facility Project Award. Dave holds three patents for methods of improvements to HVAC and refrigeration systems. He has been involved with all aspects of the development and installation of Design Build energy conservation projects including facility energy use audits, project development, system design, life cycle cost analysis, construction management, commissioning, and measurement and verification of energy savings. Scott R. Loring

Scott is a collaborating partner with PRP and has over 20 years experience working in business and organizational development. His diverse experience spans: executive coaching; conflict management; dispute mediation, and organizational assessment. Scott received mediation training through the Harvard University Program on Negotiation (PON) as well as Mediation Works Inc. (MWI), where he serves on the board of court mediators. Scott is proficient in Non-Violent Communication (NVC), a communication model developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Scott has an exceptional mediation settlement record of over 200 cases, primarily in the areas of personal, business and organizational disputes. A skilled trainer and presenter, Scott is able to synthesize and present complex information to audiences in compelling and memorable ways. Scott is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the Executive Coaching Institute (ECI). He also holds a Certificate in Relationship Coaching.
