RCSF is committed to supporting projects that enhance the quality of life in the communities served by the Richmond County Savings Foundation. In this regard, RCSF focuses on supporting charitable organizations whose programs and services advance educational opportunity, enrich cultural development and strengthen health and human services... In 1998, the Richmond County Savings Foundation celebrated its first year of granting by awarding over $1.65 million. Today, our giving has grown to over $70 million invested in our communities. As impressive as we believe these numbers are, they do not begin to tell the story of the Foundation's true accomplishments.
