I attended the NTMA in 2010, starting my apprenticeship in a mold shop and ending in a prototype shop. My overall shop experience, that includes programming, allows me to work with your team in any shop or programming environment. I enjoy the challenges of difficult operations and use my experience to bring solutions.
Over 40 years manufacturing experience in Southern California, joining the S&D team in 1999. More than 25 years of experience in application on the shop floor. Application specialist, focusing on cost reduction and productivity improvement. I find solutions when others can't.
In 1996 started working in a machine shop, coming to S&D in 2004. My shop experience has helped me with serving our customers. Growing with S&D as opportunities arose, recently taking over as Operations Manager. I have the overall experience to assist you with all aspects of our company.
Approaching 45 years serving the manufacturing industry. I understand better than anyone what S&D can do for your business. I bring a unique perspective to the shop floor, that blends product knowledge and outside the box thinking.
