Anne is a litigation assistant with Stoll Berne and has been with the firm for over 18 years. Having over 26 years experience working in litigation, Anne is skilled in the areas of complex litigation and provides support to Stoll Berne's litigation team in all aspects of their daily practice, from case management, correspondence with clients and opposing counsel, discovery organization, drafting and reviewing documents, to e-filing documents in both state and federal courts.
Anne is an active runner and participates in a variety of local race events each year including HoodtoCoast Oregon and Washington. Her down time is often enjoyed by going on hikes and exploring local wineries and breweries with her husband and friends.

Elizabeth is an associate in the firm's litigation group where she focuses on complex litigation matters. Her practice focuses on tort claims for the environmental harms caused by toxic substances, business and contract disputes, class actions, and securities fraud. Elizabeth uses a pragmatic, deliberate, and results-oriented approach to assess and address the various issues that arise in complex cases.
Emily is an associate in the firm's litigation group where she focuses on complex litigation matters. She was an integral part of the trial team, representing victims of the 2020 Oregon fires against PacifiCorp, in which the jury found in favor of the class after a two-month trial. Emily was also a key member of the team representing the State of Oregon in litigation against Monsanto for damages to the state's public trust resources from PCB contamination, obtaining the largest environmental settlement in Oregon History, and she is a member of the team representing the City of Seattle and the State of Delaware in PCB litigation against Monsanto. Emily currently serves on the board of governors of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and serves as co-chair of the Oregon Trial Lawyers New Lawyers section.

Recent work includes representing progressive clients in ballot measure challenges and other initiative matters, litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in securities class action cases, and helping clients reach resolution in a variety of contract disputes. Steve Larson represented a Portland, Oregon luxury jewelry store in a lawsuit filed by a customer who alleged that her very expensive emerald ring had not been returned by the jewelry store.
