Carl A. Jenkins is Managing Director and Group Head of Community Investments for BMO Harris Bank N.A., the U.S. banking subsidiary of BMO Financial Group. He oversees Community Reinvestment Act investments targeting lower middle market companies and community-based real estate development in all BMO Harris markets. Presently, Carl manages a team and alternative investment portfolio with assets under management exceeding $600 million and covering the states of Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Prior to his current position, he served as a commercial real estate lender for BMO Capital Markets and the BMO Harris Community Development Lending team. Prior to joining the bank, Carl worked for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), a national community development financial institution. He earned his bachelor's degree in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina. He currently serves on the board of directors for several organizations: National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders, State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois, Alden Foundation, The Disability Opportunity Fund and Goodman Theatre of Chicago. Carl also serves on the advisory committee of multiple private equity funds.

Charles D. Hammerman

Charles Hammerman is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 29 years of success across the financial services, real estate, healthcare, and fitness industries. Leveraging extensive experience leading a national fund for people with disabilities as well as working for one of the largest financial services companies in the world, he is a valuable asset for companies seeking expert advisory in the areas of public relations, marketing, crisis management, or IPOs. His broad areas of expertise include government relations, legal compliance, regulatory issues, operational management, process optimization, business development, strategic planning, M&A, fundraising, portfolio management, and responsible investing. Throughout his executive career, Mr. Hammerman has held leadership positions at companies including The Disability Opportunity Fund, Tzedec Economic Development Fund, and Merrill Lynch. As President & CEO of The Disability Opportunity Fund (DOF) since 2007, he has led the national Certified Community Development Financial Institution from zero to $30 million with a $24 million investment portfolio to address gaps in housing and related services for people with disabilities. His appointment to lead DOF followed his role as Founder/Managing Director of the Burton Blatt Institute at Syracuse University, an organization to advance opportunities for the disabled. He previously was a senior member of Private Executive Services, a division of Merrill Lynch's Global Private Client Group where he helped lead a 35-person team that managed more than $10 billion in assets for high net worth families and corporations. He also spent four years in Merrill Lynch's Equity Capital Markets division and four years in the Office of General Counsel. He earlier worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York and as an Associate at Morgan Lewis & Bockius. He has been responsible for spearheading the creation of "Merrill Lynch's Disability Awareness Professional Network", led the company to be recognized by Diversity Inc. Magazine as the "Number One Company for Employment of People with Disabilities", and has originated more than 200 IPOs with secondary and convertible debt offerings in energy, real estate, consumer goods, and technology. Charles holds a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He recruited and seated the 13-member independent Board of Directors for DOF and chaired the first-ever Disability Conference at the New York Stock Exchange. He has held nonprofit board roles including with Habitat for Humanity NYC Community Fund, the John Jay College Foundation, Achilles International Disabled Athletes, The Interfaith Nutrition Network, Israel Elwyn, Congregation Sons of Israel, South Shore Jewish Community Center, Just One Break Inc., The Brandeis School, and Hewlett-East Rockaway Jewish Center.

Cinnamon Chambers-Lewis

Cinnamon Chambers-Lewis brings years of professional experience working with and consulting for nonprofit organizations and social enterprises. Mrs. Chambers-Lewis has over 15 years of experience in the community development industry, 10 of which have specifically been associated with affordable housing programming, government antipoverty initiatives, and non-profit agencies. She has assisted with the development of VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) sites, as well as implemented many financial literacy and homebuyer education programs throughout the community. Mrs. Chambers-Lewis became the CRA officer of Metropolitan Commercial Bank in 2017 and her most recent responsibilities include; developing and managing the department to ensure CRA compliance under the service, lending and investment FRB and NYSDFS exams. She develops the Bank's annual CRA Plan with senior management, oversees the bank's financial literacy program and serves on numerous boards and committees related to community development. Prior to joining Metropolitan Commercial Bank in 2017, Mrs. Chambers-Lewis was CRA officer with Astoria Bank from 2015-2017 and also with Amalgamated Bank in 2006 thru 2015. In addition to her position as CRA Officer at Amalgamated Bank, Mrs. Chambers-Lewis has held positions as; Senior Marketing Officer, Group Banking and VP, Risk Management Officer. She has also worked at Independence Community Bank, where she primarily developed and implemented low-to-moderate income marketing campaigns and managed community development projects and special events. She attended Medgar Evers College, is proudly married to her husband of 17years, and has a son 21 and daughter 12.

D. Edward Greene

Edward Greene is a finance executive with core competencies in Strategic Decision, Risk and Change Management. He is currently the Senior Director of Underwriting and Credit in the Targeted Affordable Housing and Specialty Products group at Freddie Mac, where his team ensures safe, affordable housing remains available to lower income people around the nation. In his current capacity, he is responsible for underwriting and credit for a network of 18 lending partners generating over $5 billion in annual production volume. Prior to this role, Mr. Greene was the Director of Operational Risk Management and has held director-level credit and enterprise risk management positions at Freddie Mac. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Mr. Greene held credit and financial structuring positions at various financial services firms where he successfully negotiated over $10 billion in corporate and project based finance transactions. Prior to entering the financial services industry, he worked as a corporate attorney. In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Greene lends his talents to various community and volunteer activities. He currently serves as a Board Member for The Arc of Northern Virginia, a disability advocacy organization, as well as the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network/Corporate America Supports You, two non-profit organizations dedicated to helping veterans and their families find careers in corporate America. He is also the former Chairperson of the Abilities Employee Network, Freddie Mac's disability oriented employee resource group and served on Freddie Mac's Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council. Mr. Greene has an Executive Masters in Leadership from Georgetown University, a Masters of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University, a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University.
