Ceci was born & raised in South Texas (Pearsall & San Antonio), in a family of deer hunters & saltwater fishermen. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and her prior work experience includes KPMG (public accounting firm) in Houston and the Texas Legislature (3 Legislative Sessions). She is retired as a CPA. In 2013, Ceci came to the TDA as the Director of Governmental Relations for one Legislative Session before assuming her current role. She understands the importance of preserving our hunting heritage and private property rights. In her free time, she's "Nina" to her 6 grandchildren, obsessing over Longhorn sports, traveling, fishing, hiking and enjoying many other outdoor activities. Ceci manages the daily operations of the TDA, as well as the administration of all the auctions.

Judy is a native Houstonian and has resided in Cedar Park for the last 16 years. She earned her degree in Criminal Justice & Psychology from Sam Houston State University. Go Bearkats! Prior to joining the TDA, Judy served as Corporate Membership Director at the Twin Lakes Family YMCA, growing membership, increasing retention and gaining an appreciation for the community by connecting with people to build strong relationships. On a personal level, Judy invests her time in her 3 kiddos, as a proud Howard Payne University parent, Texas Tech University parent and as a future Texas State University parent! She enjoys running, sometimes in marathons, volunteering, going to movies, cooking, traveling, shopping and spending time with family & friends. Judy joined the TDA in 2015, and as Membership & Events Director, she oversees the planning & execution of all TDA events, while building relationships with sponsors and members. Judy is dedicated to the mission and vision of the TDA and is always looking for ways to engage and create meaningful connections.

Kevin was raised in Texarkana. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a bachelor's degree in Biology. His wife, Stacie, serves as Principal at Poth Elementary School. They are blessed with a daughter, Rebecca, and son, Ryan. His experience includes 25 years at Texas Parks & Wildlife and he has been a longtime policy expert and advocate for deer breeders. Kevin leans on his experience and deep knowledge of industry history to advocate for successful organizational growth and expand relationships with all important stakeholders. Kevin leads the operational and legislative mission of the TDA.

Paris was born & raised in Lampasas, where she grew up with a love of the Texas Hill Country. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in International Relations & Global Studies with a minor in Government. During her undergrad years, Paris worked for two Texas Legislative Sessions, where she gained firsthand experience of how the legislative process works. Prior to coming to the TDA, Paris worked in marketing & social media with Urbanspace Real Estate & Interiors in Austin. In her free time, you can find Paris on the lake wake-surfing or spending time with family & friends outdoors. Paris enjoys managing TDA's social media presence and publications.
