Kensington Company Limited was formed as a much needed, quality construction service on June 2004. Having lived in Bangkok, Thailand for some years, the original founders soon realised there was a real need for a reliable and professional house building company. Within a few months a new company was set up and as they say, the rest is history. Our first homes we designed and built was an exclusive house development in a beautiful area of Chiang Mai. All with swimming pools, alarm systems, electronic gates and gardens. Once this project was complete and sold off we were regularly asked by people looking to build their own home in Thailand.
